The main treatment room at our clinic is located on the first floor and is accessed via a staircase. Handrails are available on both sides of the stairs to assist patients when using them.
If you have any mobility difficulties or concerns about accessing the first floor treatment room, please contact us before booking your appointment online or as soon as possible after booking. This will allow us to discuss your individual needs and ensure the most appropriate arrangements can be made.
Where appropriate, alternative arrangements may include:
• Treatment in a ground floor treatment room by prior arrangement.
• Home visits for suitable services where attendance at the clinic is not possible.
Patients are also welcome to attend appointments with a family member, friend or carer if they require assistance.
